How a visit goes

1. Face check. Aida asks what bothers you most, puffiness, tension or loss of definition, and looks at skin type.
2. Cleanse. Makeup is removed and a light oil or balm is applied so hands glide without pulling.
3. Massage. Lymphatic strokes move fluid toward the lymph nodes; sculpting and anti-aging work deeper on the muscles of the jaw, cheeks and forehead.
4. Finish. A hydrating serum and cream. Most clients see a lighter, more defined face before leaving.

Aftercare
