We are open Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM. Sunday and Monday by appointment only. Holiday hours may vary - call or text to confirm before your visit.

Do you offer a free consultation? +
Yes. All new clients receive a complimentary skin and hair consultation with Aida personally. She will assess your skin or hair concern, explain the recommended treatment, and give you a written plan with a realistic session count and cost estimate - before you commit to anything.
What is your cancellation policy? +
A card is required to book and is not charged at booking. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows are charged a $50 fee, including free consultations and promotional sessions. Call or text (949) 444-6191 to make changes.
Do you serve clients from outside Irvine? +
Absolutely. We serve clients from all over Orange County - including Tustin, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Garden Grove, Lake Forest, and Mission Viejo. Many clients also travel from Los Angeles County for Aida's specialized electrolysis services.
